Our condominium client’s proximity to a large hospital made the hospital employees natural potential residents. Metropolis planned the LUNCH (Locate Ultimate New Condo Home) open house event. It included chair massages and catered lunch, to serve as a relaxing “time-out” from the staffers’ busy workday. Guerrilla-marketing at its finest, the promotion of this event was primarily through flyer distribution, e-mail blasts and signage. Our creative team had fun playing off of the medical theme for this very specific target audience. The open house event drew more than 50 pieces of traffic, ultimately resulting in several sales.
